Our streamlined process means people can be assessed and into accommodation quickly — usually within 2 to 10 days. We accept referrals from professionals, organisations, and individuals across Yorkshire.

Referrals can be made by support workers, social workers, local authority housing teams, charities, probation officers, or individuals themselves. We welcome referrals from professionals and organisations working within the housing and support sector across Yorkshire.
In most cases, we aim to have an assessment completed and move-in arranged within 2 to 10 working days from receiving a referral. The exact timeline depends on availability and the individual's specific circumstances.
We welcome residents in receipt of Universal Credit (including the housing cost element), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Housing Benefit, Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), and other DWP benefits. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Yes. All properties are fully furnished and well-maintained. Residents arrive to a clean, comfortable home ready from day one — so they can focus on settling in and building their future, not worrying about furniture.
Every resident receives a personalised life plan from day one. This includes 1-to-1 coaching sessions, monthly welfare check-ins, help with benefits and budgeting, and access to employment and wellbeing services. The focus is always on building real, lasting independence.
Shared units offer a private bedroom with communal kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Self-contained units are fully private with their own facilities. Placement is decided during assessment based on the individual's needs and what's available at the time.
Our housing is a short-to-medium term solution designed to give people the stability they need to build toward permanent independent living. Length of stay is reviewed regularly as part of each resident's personal progress plan, with our team actively supporting every step forward.
Yes. We work closely with local authority housing teams in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and Halifax, as well as Registered Providers, social care teams and third sector organisations.
